The IMC traineeship is designed to enhance and accelerate your skills and knowledge while providing you with opportunities to network and build relationships with international colleagues.
About the program
IMC arranges housing for our summer interns in luxury apartment buildings in one of Chicago’s most desirable neighborhoods. Our interns spend their free time exploring the city, scheduling outings with colleagues, and enjoying the great restaurants and activities nearby. For our graduates, during the traineeship program, IMC provides housing near our offices.
IMC encourages continuous learning. We offer a number of internal and external trainings to encourage personal and skill development. Graduates begin their IMC career with an extensive global traineeship at two of our global office locations.
IMC offers a competitive salary for both our interns and graduates.
We take time to bond and celebrate success through regular social events such as dinners, sporting events, and Friday happy hours. We also host an unforgettable holiday party and 'Weekend Away' each year. In recent years we've been to Miami, Las Vegas and Scottsdale.
We take good care of you during working hours, offering a fully-stocked kitchen and lunch delivered each weekday. On Fridays, we celebrate the week with drinks and snacks.
We look after you in all sorts of ways, including fitness club membership, sit-stand desks, and a variety of nutritious snacks provided daily.
Each year, IMC donates a share of our profits to non-profit organizations. Employees are encouraged to volunteer their time through a variety of opportunities and fundraisers. IMC also matches employee donations and provides grants to causes that are important to our employees.
