IMC Launchpad is an exclusive two-day program for second year university students interested in software engineering and trading roles at a leading global trading firm. If you’ve been curious about what life at IMC could look like and have an appetite to gain hands-on technical skills, this is the experience for you.

The IMC Chicago Launchpad program is held on May 16 and 17, 2024 in our Chicago office at the Willis Tower. Travel and accommodations will be provided by IMC for participants not local to Chicago. Top performers of the program may be invited to a modified interview process for our Summer 2025 Software Engineering or Quant Trading internships.

You will need to meet the following requirements:

Be entering your penultimate year of study by the fall of 2024 (graduation between Fall 2025 - Spring 2026)
Availability to attend the program in person in Chicago on May 16 and 17, 2024
Elgibility to work within the US
An academic background in Software Engineering, Math, Computer Science, or equivalent
Desire to solve complicated problems
Willingness to learn!
