Do you make decisions quickly, or do you prefer to take a little longer? Do you have the ability to spot new opportunities? Does your curiosity and desire to learn drive you? To find answers to these questions, we work together with BrainsFirst to identify your strengths by measuring the biological building blocks of performance based on brain functions.

Air traffic controllers, ethical hackers, athletes, professional football players and ... you!


To assess human performance indicators in a solid, bias-free & challenging way, BrainsFirst has developed special assessment games. They offer a science-based and fun way to measure your cognitive abilities like brain agility, brain speed and brain flexibility. The games are based on neuroscientific tests commonly used in healthcare and science.  BrainsFirst games are also used by aviators, well-known corporates and professional football clubs.

After completing the games you are presented with a report giving insight in your cognitive abilities. It gives you an idea of how your brain works, where your strengths lie and what possible pitfalls are. Additionally, it allows us to assess whether your brain matches a trader's brain. The higher your match score is, the more likely you are to become successful as a trader.
