IMC Vault: Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the IMC Vault challenge. By participating in the IMC Vault challenge, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. IMC reserves the right to modify, alter and update the content of these conditions at any time.
The IMC Vault challenge is organised in collaboration with Noble Agency, an Australian company that facilitates the IMC Vault challenge platform.
Who can participate
Participation is restricted to university students who are legal residents of the EU/EEA, UK or Switzerland and who are 18 years of age or older.
Staff of IMC or IMC affiliates, staff of competitors of IMC or IMC affiliates and staff of the organisations that contribute to the development of the IMC Vault challenge are excluded from participation. IMC reserves the right to exclude entrants from participation without giving reasons, particularly in the event of failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
How to participate

  • Participating in the IMC Vault challenge is free of charge.

  • The IMC Vault challenge is open between 11 October 2020 and 22 November 2020 and can be accessed online at imc.com/imcvault

  • You can reach level 1 by finding the code in our 360 office tour.

  • You can reach level 2 by solving the riddle that will be published on social media and the IMC website.

  • You can reach level 3 by finding the code in one of our online events. Our events are available on careers.imc.com/eu/en/events

  • You can participate at levels 2 and 3 as many times as you like until you win a prize. Access to level 2 is only available to participants who have completed level 1. Access to level 3 is only available to participants who have completed level 2.

Prizes
The prize at level 1 is your choice of a pair of IMC socks or a set of bike lights (each a retail value of € 7.50), until our stock (750 pairs of socks and 750 sets of bike lights) runs out. The prize at level 2 is your choice of an IMC branded T-shirt or a Dopper water bottle (each a retail value of € 12.50), until our stock (250 T-shirts and 250 Doppers) runs out. The prize at level 3 is one of six PlayStations 5 (a retail value of € 499.00).
The IMC Vault challenge has a total of 2,006 prizes with a total retail value of € 20,494.00.
Winning
At level 1 and level 2 the prizes will be awarded to the participants with the correct answer on a first come, first serve basis.
At level 3 one winner will be selected every week (starting on Sunday, ending on Saturday) during the IMC Vault challenge. If multiple correct answers have been submitted in any week, the winning entry will be determined by a random number generator.
The prizes for level 1 and level 2 will be shipped within four weeks after you have won. The PlayStation 5 will be released in late November. Winners will be informed about the shipment date, depending on availability. IMC aims to keep you up-to-date about delivery, but we are not responsible for any delays.
The determination of the winners will be at IMC’s absolute discretion and is not open to discussion. The names of the PlayStation5 winners, as well as their place and country of residence and their university may be published on IMC’s website.
Privacy
These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable privacy regulations. By registering as a participant in the IMC Vault challenge and by providing your personal data, you give consent to IMC to: i) use the information for participation in the IMC Vault challenge; ii) inform you of upcoming IMC events and job openings; and iii) share your email address with Noble Agency based on which this company can send you the participant login details for the IMC Vault challenge platform.
The following details are required to participate: full name, email address, university, confirmation that you are 18 years or older. After winning a prize we will ask for your home address to ship the prize.
Please note that you can withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time by contacting IMC. For further details reference is made to IMC’s Privacy Statement Europe.
Miscellaneous
The IMC Vault challenge is subject to Dutch law. The Dutch courts have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate upon disputes in connection with the IMC Vault challenge unless IMC wishes to initiate legal proceedings in your home legal district.
IMC assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any consequences of any use or reliance upon the completeness or correctness of the information contained within the IMC Vault challenge.
Participants will be responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on the prizes.
